Starting point
Burger Pumpen in Spiesen-Elversberg urgently needed plant fitters and service technicians. Traditional job portals produced very few qualified applications and the target group was difficult to reach there.
Our approach
Instead of relying solely on job portals, we addressed the target group on social media. Professional creatives using authentic employee photographs led into a short application funnel and were delivered through regional Meta advertising.
